GuardWare’s Management Console brings together core settings after deployment. Use it to control administrator access, configure data governance, manage security groups, connect Microsoft 365 and Google Workspace, and send system emails.
Data governance defines how GuardWare identifies, classifies, and assigns ownership of sensitive data. Security groups organise users and control access to protected files.

Recommended setup order
Set up Management Console Users so the right administrators can access GuardWare.
Integrate Microsoft 365 and Google Workspace to enable monitoring and data access.
Configure Data Classification, Data Type, and Data Owner to govern discovered data.
Create Security Groups to manage user access and apply policies.
Configure SMTP to send emails from your own mail server and domain.
