# Uninstall DISCOVER Agent

Failing to follow the uninstall steps correctly can leave residual files, registry entries, and service stubs that cause conflicts if you reinstall later.</mark>

1. Double-click the DISCOVER Agent installe&#x72;**.**
2. Click **Next**.<br>

3. Select **Remove** and on the next page, click **Next**.<br>

4. Wait for the process to complete. You may be prompted to restart your device to complete the uninstallation.
